Hey, Alfie, tell your dad thanks again for letting me in. I'm glad I got here when I did - otherwise, from what I understand, I'd have had to go shopping for bridesmaid dresses with Victoire and some of those less-attractive harpies that follow her around trying to pick up her castoffs. The dark-haired one has a laugh like a high-pitched hyena, and the redhead has the most extreme bipolar disorder I think I've ever seen in my life. She can go from happy to pissed off in a matter of seconds, which, by the way, she has done at me on numerous occasions. How the hell was I supposed to know she thought I had Victoire's Big Notebook of Useless Wedding Shit? If she had a brain in her head, she'd have realized I didn't care, and this would have all been so much easier.
And Teddy doesn't want strippers at his Bachelor party, so really, I'm getting absolutely nothing out of all this.
Alfie, how much longer are you going to be on mind-altering pain medications? Just curious. Don't need to know how long you're going to be in this delicate mental state for any particular reason.

| Bugger and Disaster |
[Wed Aug 2008 at 2:04am] |
If we left Austria tonight, it'd be too late.
On a scale of one to ten, how required is this "ball" thing? It just sounds so much like the sort of thing I won't be attending, and it's just false advertising to make something sound that way if it isn't the case.
And where do they get off having two date-required type events in the same month? With those numbers, I'll have to find a date (who isn't Alfie) for at least one of them, and that just sounds like work. And unlike Perdie, I can't put up a big post asking who wants to take me. I can just, you know, put up a big post saying that I can't put up a big post asking who wants to take me and see if anyone just so happens to take this as an invitation to do so. But feel free to submit an application, all the same.
On second thought, that may not be the best way of going about this.
What's the verdict, Dominique?

| The Dangers of Muggles |
[Thu Aug 2008 at 2:07am] |
So, as it happens, turning on that old "veela charm" when attempting to make muggle friends gets you nothing but trouble. Well, that, and your arse grabbed by a large, blonde, gay German named Hans Rilke.
All right, and three free drinks, but primarily the trouble and the arse-grabbing, which is also very troublesome, and, I suppose, fall under the former category. For the sake of the non-German tourist community, I hope he's not that forward with all unsuspecting young lads. Needless to say, I chose not to bring my new friend to the festivities.
Not a word, Alfie.

All I can say regarding these rumors is this:
Anyone who claims they remember something that happened last night? Wasn't really there.

| 001. Preemptive Boredom Strike |
[Sat Jul 2008 at 4:09am] |
I don't like Germany. Germany is too cold and the people overcook their meat. And they're too portly.
And my iWizard will die weeks before we get back, which is impressive, since we'll only be gone for two weeks. And I hate snowboarding, and I don't have a coat for this type of weather, and I barely even know any of my suitemates except for Lucy. This is ridiculous. Why do we even have to go?
Whose suite will be better? I'll just spend all my waking hours there.
